Support
Logged-in app users should create a support case in the app so we can review the right account, item, payment, and safety context. This public route is available for account access issues, rights-holder concerns, privacy/data requests, and people who cannot reach the app. CILENDO Release 1 is UK-only and for adults aged 18+.
How we route support
Requests are categorized and routed into CILENDO's admin support queue with priority, SLA, evidence, and audit context.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. CILENDO can preserve evidence and restrict accounts, but it is not an emergency service.
Public forms are backend rate-limited and can use an anti-spam check when configured. We do not publish a raw support email on this site.
