Account deletion
Delete your CILENDO account securely.
You can delete your account in the mobile app or by signing in on this page. The actual deletion action requires a secure CILENDO session and the confirmation word. CILENDO Release 1 is UK-only and for adults aged 18+.
Before deleting
Resolve active rentals first.
Account deletion is permanent. Make sure active rentals, disputes, and support cases are resolved before continuing.

What deletion covers
Account and profile
Your auth user, profile, settings, and account-linked rows are removed.
Listings and requests
Owned listings, favourites, requests, invites, and related app records are cleaned up.
Legal holds
Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud, disputes, or legal obligations.
Support fallback
If sign-in is blocked, create a public support request and choose Privacy or deletion.
